Comcept works internationally and requires candidates who are prepared to periodically travel and work at the client's site. We have already fulfilled a number of positions. We still urgently require the following
positions:
Have the personality and drive to manage, direct and guide a 5 to 10 person design team on a $600MM refinery expansion (coker, etc) project. In addition must be
assertive and firm in dealing while exercising absolute control on
the work. High professional competence and management skills are the
prime requisites to motivate team to achieve high quality
performance. This position demands sincere & hard work.

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Must by fully conversant with international health, safety & environmental codes, standards, recommended practices and regulations and their application to similar projects. Must have handled independently plot plan reviews, Hazop & Safety views and made significant contributions therein. Shall have the expertise to deal with EPC deliverables to be developed for the PROJECT and ensure that the facilities to be constructed will be safe to operate and maintain. Knowledge of local/owners safety regulations will be essential to further verify that these are fully incorporation in the plant design. About the Position:
B.S. or equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university with minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Must have executed similar projects as the lead process engineer for EPC Works with an EPC CONTRACTOR or a Consultant organization. Full involvement and contribution in design, engineering, P&IDs reviews, HAZOP & safety reviews is absolutely essential. In addition, familiarity with licensor packages as well as co-ordination experience is mandatory. Further management of EPC deliverables for owner will be added qualification. Shall have the proven capability to independently handle process simulations & calculations and prepare optimisation reports where necessary and as directed by owner.
About the Position:
B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university with minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Fully familiar with international codes, standards and recommended practices to be applied for oil/gas projects during execution of EPC phase. Experience to manage EPC CONTRACTOR & EPC deliverables for owner is distinctly preferred. Must have proven ability to contribute during development of electrical system studies and Hazop / Safety reviews.
About the Position:
B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical / Control System Engineering from an accredited university with minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Fully familiar with international codes, standards and recommended practices to be adopted during EPC phases of oil/gas projects. Thorough knowledge of DCS, ESD, F&G and SCADA systems generally incorporated in major oil /gas project is essential. Must have the capacity to supervise & manage EPC CONTRACTOR & development of EPC deliverables. Familiarity with subsystems such as fire & gas, emergency shut down systems etc., and Advance Process Controls will be added qualification. Participation with contribution during P&IDs reviews, shop & field testing of control systems shall be demonstrable during project execution.

B.S. or equivalent degree in HSE/ loss prevention Engineering from an accredited university with minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Fully
familiar with international standards & guidelines as well as
local specific requirements to be applied for major oil/gas
processing facilities during design, engineering and construction.
Must have been involved in safety, HAZOP reviews during front end
engineering design phase and detailed engineering, procurement &
construction phase of similar projects.
About the Position:
B.S. or equivalent degree in environmental Engineering from an accredited university with minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Must
have worked throughout in construction & commissioning of
similar plants. Further familiarity with owner’s requirements is
essential. Additionally must have independently handled all safety
aspects during execution of large EPC projects preferably in Middle
East. Must be fully aware of all health, safety & environmental
standards & practices generally adopted in large size projects
and their implementation thereof during construction &
commissioning. Shall have organised safety training & programmes
at site for contractors & owners personnel involved in project
and plant operations.
