Master Plan and Business Case for PetroSA

Comcept has completed the Master Plan for  PetroSA in South Africa.

The Master Plans encompass the business case, IT architecture and projects road map for an Manufacturing Execution System(MES). The MES is based on a data centric reference data model.  It will provide applications, integration and Key Performance Indices (KPI's) reporting for refinery production management and optimization.  It will also provide the best practice integration of information from Real-time Data Base (OSIsoft PI) to Business Systems (SAP).
